    • Ensure you are wearing something comfortable pre and post session for maximum relaxation. Sports bras and comfortable are usually always a good choice for bodywork.

    • Avoid heavy meals before the sessions.

  • Generally, you can expect to feel a range of “sensations” post session, typically depends on where the adhesions are. Most have reported feeling relaxed and more energized.

    • It’s always best to plan for a calm day post session as you allow your body to integrate the therapies both emotionally and physically.

    • Ensure you stay hydrated and avoid any heavily salty meals.

  • Directly after the massage, people claim to feel deeply relaxed, lighter and often feel really good.

    • Always make sure you are well hydrated, a good rule of thumb is at least 2 L of water to push out the toxins that have been moved by the massage.

    • Avoid salty of heavy foods.

    • Avoid any strenuous exercise.

  • It all depends on your goals.

    If your goal is for a deeply sculpted look, or deep fascia release, 1-2 sessions per week to start would maximize results encouraging long-lasting results, and eventually transitioning to maintenance sessions as needed.
