My Approach
Temple Flow Wellness was created from a shift in how I wanted to work with the body.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, I found myself drawn to what wasn’t always being addressed in conventional care—the deeper layers of tension, restriction, and overload that the body holds over time..
Each session is guided by what your body presents in the moment, using lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, neurofascial techniques, and acupressure to support release, circulation, and balance.
The Shift
My own experience with the body and healing naturally led me toward a more integrative, hands-on approach to care— one that addresses the deeper patterns the body holds over time.
The Intention
The Intention is simple: to help the body release what it’s holding and return to a more supported, functional state.
